SEEING SPOTS

I know that animal prints have been around forever and will likely never go out of style, but I admit that I've only hopped on that bandwagon in the last couple of years.  Until that point, I just couldn't get this image out of my head:

Ya know?

But then I saw the cute Sam Edelman snake print flats at DSW.  Man, are they cute...and they go with everything!  So, I thought, maybe I can wear just a LITTLE animal print, as long as it's in a muted color palette.  But then I saw the Kate Spade cheetah print dress, which is neither little nor muted.  Ok, ok, I'm in!  One needn't necessarily look like Peg Bundy when wearing this "trend."  Proof:

Seeing Spots
Left Column: Stella & Dot // Soles // Joie // Diane von Furstenberg   Middle Column:  Freda Salvador // Anthropologie   Right Column:  Mango // Nanette Lepore // Velvet by Graham and Spencer // Lin on Etsy

I guess I still subscribe to the idea that one animal print piece at a time is sufficient, but I've proven myself flexible on this subject, so twist my arm.  What do you think about animal prints?  Perfect?  Or Perfectly Peg?  (Wondyful?  Or Bundyful?)
