FASHION WEEK AND OTHER TIDBITS

Happy Friday!   I really, really don't like snow (and slush and ice), but I think I could brave it all to catch a glimpse of the New York Fashion Week happenings.  Maybe one day…  In the meantime, I'm keeping up with it via the good old Internet.

Trina Turk's show is today, and I can't wait to see what the Californian has in store for Fall/Winter 2014.  Last year was her debut at NYFW, and she churned out some colorful, modern patterns:

I'm also excited to see recaps from New Yorker, Rebecca Minkoff, designer of the iconic "Morning After Bag," aka "M.A.B."  Her bags are phenomenal, but she introduced her first ready-to-wear collection in 2009, and I can't get enough!

On a totally unrelated note, I am hunting for the perfect pair of flat leopard ankle boots (which is impossible), but in my hunt yesterday, I came across these lovely Charlotte Olympia booties on big time sale.  Somebody get them!!

Do you follow NYFW events?  Anyone, in particular, you're excited to see?

I strive to make wardrobe choices clear and easy for women who are short on time, overwhelmed by their closets, or transitioning from one period of life to another.  Let's connect!
